Wadi Yemm, situated within Ras El Hekma, expands ultra-luxury beachfront living beyond private villas, with the addition of apartments, duplexes, townhouses, and premium public spaces right on the seafront.

With the Egyptian market less familiar with this way of waterfront living, our ambition was to bridge the imagination gap – so people could connect with the lifestyle on offer here before it exists.

Modon's existing marketing collateral was largely functional – but to connect with future residents, we needed to shift from function to emotion.

Through a Vision Film Sprint, we transformed existing assets into an emotive, people-led story, using the power of AI to bring it to life.

Working closely with the client, we created a family of hero characters and built a cinematic day in their life – directing who they were, what they wore and how they moved through the destination, with close attention to the cultural nuances that made the story authentic to Wadi Yemm.

The film delivered cinematic impact with greater speed and efficiency, while maintaining premium quality.

Removing the demands of traditional production – from casting and locations to wardrobe and physical shoots – reduced time and investment, while creating a rich bank of content for the wider campaign.
